Handicaps

All players will be emailed a form to file with the tournament committee in mid-May. If you are not enrolled in the GHIN system, verification of your index will be required during tournament registration and failure to provide an up-to-date index card may result in a handicap adjustment. Non-valid indexes will be a basis for disqualification or non-acceptance of a participant. Maximum index for men is 36.4 and for women is 40.4. These maximums will be strictly enforced.

Rules of Play

All players must have a valid military ID card at registration.

Men and Women: All participants are labeled an A, B, C or D player. You then are assigned daily to a team comprising only other players of the same gender with one A, B, C & D player. Your teammates changes daily. Your team score for each day will count as the individual score. Prizes are awarded based on individual cumulative total. There are no cumulative team prizes, only daily. Players will play a scramble at 15% of all participants handicaps. Each player’s drive must be used twice (men and women).

Note: Men aged 65 to 74 use “SENIOR” tees. Men 75+ use “SUPER SENIOR” tees. Women 70+ will use “SENIOR WOMEN” tees.

Special Note

ONLY SOFT SPIKES WILL BE ALLOWED ON ALL COURSES
Gift certificates awarded for the men’s team prizes places 10 and above will be emailed. Other prizes must be picked up by Saturday, 30 May, 2026 at Wild Wing. Final number of team place prizes awarded will be determined by size of the field.
